  • Lead our new clinic
  • Build a strong team
  • Shape patient care excellence

About us

Perth Radiological Clinic (PRC) is Western Australia’s largest and most established private radiology provider, proudly doctor-owned and serving the community for over 75 years.

With a team of over 130 doctors and 1,250 professionals, we deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging across more than 20 hospital and community sites, powered by cutting-edge technology and a commitment to compassionate care.

The opportunity

Perth Radiological Clinic's Orthonova service represents an exciting new model of care, combining private hospital support with a high-volume outpatient imaging service. While the clinic is located within the Orthonova Hospital precinct, the majority of patient activity will be outpatient-based, providing a diverse and dynamic workload across a broad range of imaging services.

The Technical Supervisor will play a key leadership role in establishing and supporting a patient-focused, high-performing team within a brand-new environment. The position offers a unique opportunity to help shape workflows, foster a positive team culture, and contribute to the successful growth of the service from its inception.

Although outpatient imaging will form the core of daily operations, the site will also provide imaging support to Orthonova Hospital inpatients. This requires a flexible and collaborative approach, balancing the needs of scheduled outpatient services with responsive support for hospital patients when required.

Key responsibilities

  • Direct, inspire, and engage team members to work towards shared goals and achieve results, fostering collaboration, cooperation, and teamwork through effective leadership.
  • Lead by example by embodying PRC values, desired behaviours, and standards, while providing a clear vision for future success.
  • Plan and manage daily clinic requirements.
  • Implement and deliver strategic workflow plans developed by operations/business.
  • Support, develop, and monitor imaging services and quality to ensure effective delivery and identify areas for improvement.
  • Operate within revenue and cost budgets, managing medical consumables and resource allocation.

About you

We're looking for a leader with experience in medical imaging who can manage staff and operations with a patient-centred approach. Your skills in optimising workflows, fostering a positive workplace, and delivering outstanding patient care will be invaluable in establishing Orthonova as a leader in diagnostic imaging.
