What will you be doing as a Recruitment Consultant

Business Development working on an established desk/area
Networking
Update and manage the candidate database
Reviewing candidate job applications
Pro-actively facilitate the matching process of candidate to client requirements using various job boards and LinkedIn
Pre-screening candidates in line with company standards
Administration of CRM system
General administration and compliance support

About You
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who is a team player and is results motivated
You will have a minimum of at least 2 years’ experience working at a similar level and ideally a similar industry
Experience of active business development. This is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and be part of a team with a long track record of success.
Be able to bring new business in as well as manage existing relationships and fill vacancies.
Full UK Drivers Licence with access to vehicle for client visits is essential.
