Due a team member going on maternity leave, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Care team at SHOTT Beverages Group Ltd in Westgate, Auckland. As a Customer Care, Order Processing & Administration specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
This position is for a 13-month contract to cover maternity leave.
About the role
This pivotal role connects systems, people, and service. As part of our Customer Care Team, you'll be at the heart of the action, working cross-functionally to ensure customer expectations are exceeded across our business units, both in New Zealand and internationally. You'll enter orders with accuracy, keep an attentive eye on their progress through to completion, and ensure every query, whether by email, phone or social media, is met with clarity, warmth and a solutions-led mindset.
Key responsibilities
Accurate, end to end order processing for all markets
Customer resolution/enquiry via phone/email/social media
Updating and improving department SOPs/processes
Database management for our manufacturing/distribution businesses
General office management/administration/reporting/credits/accounts

Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday
