You’ll work across a range of commercial and residential construction sites, supporting site teams and managers to keep projects running smoothly, with opportunities for ongoing and long-term work.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting the site team and supervisors
- Moving, setting up, and packing down tools and materials
- Site clean-up and general labouring duties
- Digging, lifting, concreting (project dependent)
- Yardwork, Landscaping (project dependent)
- Following all health & safety procedures on site
- $25 – $27 per hour (depending on experience)
- Weekly pay
- 40–50+ hours per week
- Ongoing projects across Auckland
- All PPE provided
- Training and support to build on your skills
- Long-term opportunities with potential for permanent roles

What We’re Looking For
- Prior construction or labouring experience (ideal)
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Able to follow instructions and work well in a team
- Reliable transport to get to site
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Clean MOJ check (ideal)
- Site Safe certificate preferred (we can help you obtain one)
- EWP, Confined Spaces, Working at Heights, or ConstructSafe tickets a BONUS!
- Must have valid NZ working rights
