Get off the tools. Stay in the trade.

Be honest. You've done enough Januarys in the roof space.

You know what fits and what doesn't. You can spot the problem before anyone's opened a manhole. You've taught an apprentice a thing or two, and they turned out alright.

That knowledge is worth more at a desk than on a ladder. We'd like to prove it.

Who we are

Alliance Climate Control. Australia's highest rated home air conditioning company. 4.9 stars from over 2,500 Google reviews. Family owned, growing fast, and fussy about doing the job properly.

The job

Our Comfort Advisors are in homes across Sydney every day, quoting installs. When a job gets tricky, they ring the office. Can this unit go here. Will this run work. What's the smarter option for this customer.

Right now one person answers all those calls. He needs backup. That's you.

•      Take calls from our own field team. No cold calls, no chasing strangers.

•      Check what's actually installable using plans, spec sheets and site photos.

•      Build good, better and best options that customers say yes to.

•      Coach newer advisors so they need you a little less every week.

What you'll need

•      5+ years hands on in HVAC, install or service

•      Can read a plan and a spec sheet without blinking

•      Knows what fits in a real Sydney home, and what doesn't

•      Actually likes the phone. Yes, really.

•      Has trained an apprentice or run a crew

That last one matters most. We're not after the best installer. We're after the person who can explain a thing to someone who doesn't get it yet, without making them feel stupid. That's the whole job.

Bonus points

•      Quoting or upselling experience

•      Refrigerant handling licence, current or lapsed

•      Any office experience. Even if it was just the paperwork your boss hated.

What you get

•      Generous salary plus super

•      Monday to Friday. No weekends. No after hours callouts.

•      Air conditioned office. Obviously.

•      A role that grows as the team grows

•      Your knees will thank you
