Healthcare United is seeking a BE/BC Neurohospitalist for a full-time role in the Wethersfield Area, Connecticut.

Provide inpatient Neurology and resident/APP supervision in a tertiary academic setting with comprehensive Stroke resources.

Location: Wethersfield Area, Connecticut
Practice Setting: Tertiary academic hospital with Comprehensive Stroke services
Work Schedule: Approximately 24 inpatient coverage weeks annually. Each runs from Monday at 7 a.m. to the following Monday at 7 a.m.
Call / Coverage: Shared evening call during coverage weeks
Support Staff / Resources: Neurology subspecialists, Hospitalists, ICU teams, trainees, and APPs
Compensation: Competitive compensation.

What You Can Expect

Cover General Neurology and consultation services; evaluate patients in inpatient, emergency, observation, and ICU settings as appropriate.
Teach students, residents, fellows, and APPs through bedside supervision and Neurology education activities.
