Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and account maintenance operations, ensuring seamless customer experience and operational efficiency.

• Drive compliance with KYC, AML, FATCA, CKYC, and regulatory requirements while maintaining strong risk and control frameworks.

• Manage regulatory inspections, internal audits, compliance reviews, and remediation activities.

• Monitor business performance through KPIs, productivity metrics, and service standards.

• Champion process improvement, automation, digitization, and workflow optimization initiatives.

• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operational teams while fostering a culture of accountability and customer centricity.

• Collaborate with Business Banking, Retail Banking, Risk, Compliance, Product, Technology, Operations, and Branch teams to deliver strategic initiatives and process enhancements.

• Support implementation of new regulatory requirements and transformation programs.

Qualification & Experience Required:

·       Chartered Accountant (CA) with a Graduate degree

·       10–12 years of experience in Banking Operations, Customer Onboarding, KYC/AML, Account Maintenance, Customer Due Diligence, and Regulatory Compliance

·       Strong experience managing audits, regulatory inspections, governance, and risk frameworks

·       Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience managing large operational teams

·        Proven track record in process excellence, automation, digital transformation, and stakeholder management

·       Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
