Western Work Force are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer for a short-term, project-based assignment for one of our clients SOR.
The successful candidate will provide on-site electrical engineering support, working closely with the project team to assist with electrical works, technical issues and site coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site electrical engineering support throughout the project.
- Monitor and coordinate electrical installation works to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings and relevant Australian standards.
- Review electrical drawings, technical documentation and specifications as required.
- Liaise with site personnel, contractors and the wider project team to resolve technical issues.
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues and identifying practical engineering solutions.
- Monitor the progress and quality of electrical works, ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements.
- Support inspections, testing and commissioning activities where required.
- Ensure electrical works are carried out in accordance with site safety procedures and relevant regulations.
About You:
- Relevant Electrical Engineering qualifications and/or proven electrical engineering experience.
- Previous experience working in an electrical engineering environment, ideally within construction, industrial or infrastructure projects.
- Good understanding of electrical drawings, technical documentation and relevant Australian standards.
- Availability to commence ASAP, ideally this week or next week.
