- A current, practising STMS qualification.
- A full Class 1 New Zealand driver's licence. A Class 2 licence would be an advantage, but is not essential.
- Proven experience in traffic management and site supervision.
- A strong understanding of site safety, traffic management procedures and safe work practices.
- A reliable, positive and honest attitude, with a strong work ethic.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with crews, contractors and clients.
- The physical fitness to carry out the demands of the role and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal conviction check.
- Full working rights in New Zealand.
