We are creating a refined retail experience where exceptional product, personal service and genuine relationships come together.

As we establish our first boutique in Newmarket, Auckland, we are looking for a confident and passionate Luxury Sales Consultant to join our team.

This is an opportunity to become part of the Capella journey from the very beginning and play an important role in shaping how our customers experience the brand.

The Role

As a Luxury Sales Consultant, you will be at the heart of the Capella customer experience. You will play an important role in shaping how customers experience the brand, delivering personalised service and building meaningful relationships within a refined retail environment.

You will:

● Welcome and engage customers with warmth, confidence and genuine interest

● Deliver personalised styling advice and product recommendations

● Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

● Develop your own client portfolio through thoughtful and consistent clienteling

● Share the craftsmanship, quality and story behind our cashmere

● Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets

● Follow up with clients to drive repeat business and build loyalty

● Support VIP appointments, private shopping experiences and special events

● Maintain high standards of visual presentation and boutique operations

● Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a seamless luxury experience

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about luxury, fashion and exceptional customer service.

You will ideally have:

● Previous experience in luxury, premium or fashion retail

● Strong sales and commercial awareness

● Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

● A natural ability to connect with and understand customers

● Confidence in presenting premium products and styling customers

● A polished and professional manner

● Strong attention to detail

● A proactive, positive and team-oriented approach

● Availability to work weekends and key trading periods

Experience in luxury fashion, jewellery, beauty, premium hospitality or other high-end customer environments will be highly regarded.
