About us

Eden Juice is a juice manufacturer based in Alexandra. Each year we take over 1,000 tonnes of fruit that would otherwise go to waste and turn it into 100% pure juice. Our range is sold across New Zealand and Australia.

The role

You will plan and coordinate the flow of fruit, raw materials and finished product through our Alexandra factory, so production runs to plan and orders leave on time. You will report to the General Manager and work closely with the Production Manager and our Administrator.

What you’ll do

•             Plan raw material requirements and prepare the weekly production plan

•             Order bottles, caps, labels and other production materials so nothing runs out

•             Plan fruit pickups with orchards and truck drivers during the season

•             Receive orders from customers and our other sites, prepare the daily dispatch schedule and book freight

•             Follow up any freight delays or damage with freight providers

•             Help the team arrange contractors and services when needed

What we’re looking for

•             Experience in logistics, purchasing, production planning or a similar role

•             Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word)

•             Some understanding of, and experience with, AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Microsoft Copilot

•             Accurate with numbers and good attention to detail

•             Well organised, and calm when priorities change during the season

•             A clear communicator with suppliers, drivers, customers and the team

•             Good customer service skills

What we offer

•             $65,000 to $75,000 salary, full time
