Responsibilities
Community Leadership & Operations
- Provide overall leadership and operational oversight of the community.
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team aligned with Prime's culture and standards.
- Ensure excellence in daily operations, resident satisfaction, and service delivery.
- Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture that supports team member engagement and success.
Occupancy Growth & Performance
- Partner closely with Sales & Marketing to drive occupancy and achieve community goals.
- Support outreach, events, and community engagement efforts that build awareness and demand.
- Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure continued success.
- Help create a community experience that residents are excited to share with others.
Resident Experience & Community Culture
- Foster a warm, engaging, and hospitality-driven environment for residents and families.
- Ensure a seamless and elevated resident experience from first impression through move-in and beyond.
- Lead with a people-first approach that builds trust, connection, and community.
- Create an environment where residents can live well, live fully, and enjoy meaningful experiences every day.
Financial & Administrative Oversight
- Manage budgets, expenses, and overall financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor performance and implement strategies that support both resident satisfaction and business objectives.
Brand & Community Presence
- Serve as the face of the community within the local market.
- Build relationships with community partners, referral sources, and local organizations.
- Uphold and strengthen Prime's reputation for exceptional service and resident experiences.
- Support marketing initiatives, community events, and public relations efforts.
What We're Looking For
- Executive Director or senior leadership experience in senior living, hospitality, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
- Proven success leading teams and driving operational performance.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and performance metrics.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for hospitality, service excellence, and creating meaningful resident experiences.
- Ability to inspire, coach, and develop team members.
- Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-oriented leadership style.
- Successful completion of background screening and drug testing requirements.
