About the role

In this highly visible, market-facing role, you will take the lead in driving new business acquisition while actively expanding long-term relationships with our existing client base. Focusing on our Data Cabling and Managed Services portfolios, you will manage key accounts, build a robust pipeline, and provide tailored technical solutions in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a driven sales hunter with foundational knowledge of data cabling or ICT infrastructure who wants to step into a rewarding corporate territory.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively target, engage, and secure new business lines across Data Cabling, Managed Services, and Security systems.
• Nurture relationships with key existing clients, deeply understanding their infrastructure needs to cross-sell solutions.
• Build and forecast a strong, consistent sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed quarterly targets.
• Collaborate with the technical delivery team to build compelling, profitable, and competitive commercial proposals.
• Work alongside ITL internal teams and external vendor partners to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.

About you

• Proven track record in B2B sales or account management within data cabling, telecommunications, electrical, security, or ICT managed services.
• Ability to understand technical client requirements and confidently discuss infrastructure solutions.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable hunting for new clients in a competitive market.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Must hold a Full NZ Driver's License and a valid NZ Visa or Citizenship with unrestricted full-time work rights.
