About the role

Support daily production by safely handling and processing meat by-products into quality ingredients for the pet food industry, while meeting hygiene and production requirements. Fixed-term contract for the seasonal production period.

We operate both day and night shifts, with positions available on each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out meat by-product processing, product handling and general production duties.

• Operate equipment safely when trained and authorised.

• Follow food safety, hygiene and health and safety procedures.

• Maintain a clean work area and report hazards or production issues.

• Work with the team to meet daily quality and production targets.

About you

• Reliable and positive, with a high level of attendance and punctuality.

• Physically capable of repetitive heavy lifting of up to 25 kg throughout the working day.

• Able to follow instructions and work well in a team.

• Good attention to safety, quality and detail.

• Experience in meat processing, food manufacturing or pet food production is helpful but not essential; training is provided.
