Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Technical Lead / DevOps Engineer with strong experience in AWS, Kubernetes, CircleCI, Argo CD, New Relic, Python, and Bash.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience building and supporting cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes deployments, GitOps, observability, automation, and production operations. Candidates should be comfortable independently troubleshooting production issues and working closely with development, QA, security, and platform teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI.
- Manage Kubernetes deployments using Argo CD and GitOps practices.
- Deploy and operate production workloads on AWS and Kubernetes.
- Automate infrastructure, deployment, monitoring, and operational processes.
- Implement observability with New Relic, including dashboards, alerts, monitoring, and performance analysis.
- Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, Kubernetes, networking, and deployment issues.
- Improve system reliability, scalability, availability, security, and deployment efficiency.
- Develop automation scripts using Python and/or Bash.
- Participate in incident management, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Work with Kubernetes components including Pods, Deployments, Services, ConfigMaps, Secrets, Ingress, Namespaces, and RBAC.
- Apply DevSecOps practices and security controls.
- Use AI-assisted development/coding tools for scripting, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and code reviews, with appropriate testing, security validation, and human review.

What We Are Looking For
We need someone who is strongly hands-on, not just theoretically familiar with DevOps tools. The candidate should be able to independently troubleshoot production problems, automate repetitive operational work, and work across both cloud infrastructure and application deployment.
