• Proven experience as a butcher 

• Comfortable with completing paperwork

• Strong knife and cutting skills

• Excellent hygiene and food-safety standards

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking

• Positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in

• Takes pride in producing a high-quality product

• Leadership qualities 

• Structured and methodical 

This is a hands-on role that will suit someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys making things run smoothly.
