Requirements

• Masters' or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS or certification within 90 days of hire or transfer
• Will accept new graduates

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, treats, and monitors patients, modifying therapy programs and goals as needed.
• Performs thorough and concise clinical documentation in a timely manner, ensuring accurate entry of charges.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, coworkers, and the medical care team while providing education.
• Supervises ancillary staff, students, and volunteers.
• Advances clinical skills through ongoing education, literature review, and implementation of evidence-based practice.
• Adheres to organizational, national, and state regulatory guidelines, maintaining awareness of system goals.
