EasyStaff is a New Zealand healthcare staffing platform that connects facilities directly with independent healthcare contractors. We're not an agency. You choose the shifts you want, and you are paid exactly the rate you set, with no deductions.

How it works

• Create your profile and upload your documents in the EasyStaff app

• Set your own rates for weekdays, weekends and public holidays

• Browse shifts at facilities near you and claim the ones that suit you

• Work the shift and get paid

We're building our contractor pool now, ahead of a national rollout. Shifts are starting first in Auckland and Christchurch, and we'll be adding regions as facilities join. Register now and we'll contact you when shifts open in your area.

We're looking for

• Registered Nurses with a current NZ Annual Practising Certificate (APC)

• Healthcare Assistants with a relevant NZ qualification or experience in aged care, hospital or community support

You'll need

• The right to work in New Zealand

• Your CV, qualifications and a current APC (RNs)

• Two professional references

• To pass our checks, including police vetting for RNs

Please note: this is independent contractor work, not employment. You're in business for yourself, you set your availability, and there's no guaranteed minimum number of shifts.
