Lead troubleshooting and breakdown response to maximise machine uptime and reliability
Identify and deliver continuous improvement projects covering process flow, machine efficiency, and output
Manage maintenance contractors, including inductions, permits, and safe work compliance
Deliver plant safety improvements, including machine guarding upgrades, and assist in implementing the plant safety action plan
Manage compliance requirements, including equipment calibration and annual racking inspections
Manage site waste storage, collection, and compliant disposal
Identify critical spare parts and ensure availability for planned maintenance and breakdowns
Support workplace health and safety, including inspections and timely rectification of hazards
Ensure adherence to work procedures and systems in accordance with relevant Australian Standards
Implement project works to minimise or avoid plant downtime
Personnel management responsibilities for the maintenance team
Maintain engineering documentation, SOPs, and work instructions
Prepare ad hoc reports as required
