Alignz Recruitment is seeking experienced Chipseal Workers from Hamilton and the wider Waikato region who are ready to relocate to Tauranga.
This is an opportunity to join a well-established New Zealand roading and infrastructure contractor with a strong presence across the country and a reputation for delivering major road maintenance and surfacing projects.
You'll become part of an experienced surfacing team working on essential transport infrastructure throughout the Bay of Plenty.
About the Role
You'll be involved in:
Bitumen spraying and chip spreading operations.
Operating specialist road sealing and surfacing equipment.
Road preparation, aggregate spreading and rolling.
Working on road maintenance and resurfacing projects.
Supporting safe and efficient chipsealing operations.
What We're Looking For
Proven hands-on chipsealing experience is essential.
Experience with bitumen sprayers or chip spreaders is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of sealing operations and road surfacing techniques.
Class 2 licence or higher advantageous.
A strong commitment to health and safety.
Willingness to relocate and establish yourself in Tauranga.
