Our team is growing and we are currently seeking people to join us in the position of Facility Manager – Nestle NZ at the client’s location in Wiri, Auckland, employed on a full-time basis.

The Position:

Manage and coordinate the delivery of all Facilities Management services.
Responsibility for overall performance delivery of ISS and the Service Providers, ensuring that performance meets or exceeds contract requirements.
Establish effective day-to-day business relationships with the client and take a proactive approach to requirements.
Overall responsibility for the financial performance of the contract.
Report locally and globally on contract performance.

Minimum Criteria:

Demonstrated managerial capability in Facility Management (Hard and soft services).
Excellent client relationship skills.
Contract management, supplier and subcontractor management skills.
Financial & business management skills.
IT - good working knowledge – facilities management/workflow management, Excel, Word, Power Point and other Microsoft Office tools
