Finance Director

The Township of Hampton is seeking qualified applicants for the full-time position of Finance Director. 

This position works under the Municipal Manager and performs complex professional, administrative, and technical work overseeing Township finances, purchasing, accounting, and payroll, as well as managing the Finance Department. 

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, public administration, or a related field and seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in finance or municipal finance. 

The Township will take into consideration any equivalent combination of experience and education which provides the required knowledge and skills to perform essential functions of the position.

Salary range for the position is between $90,000 and $110,000, depending upon qualifications of the chosen candidate.
