- Utilising Helio, Omnis, and TPC to support team success and operational excellence
- Demonstrating strong commercial acumen and forward planning to achieve business objectives
You'll be a passionate people leader with a strong track record of sales success and team development. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy motivating others, and know how to balance people leadership with commercial outcomes.
You'll bring:
- Previous leadership experience
- Proven success in a sales-driven environment
- Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities
- Excellent communication and change management skills
- Experience using Helio, Omnis, and TPC
- Strong business acumen and planning skills

We offer an annual base salary of $57,000 and guaranteed earnings of $75,000.
