About the role
This is a fixed-term position starting immediately until the mid April 2027 (with potential to extend based on seasonality). Evening shifts run from 5:00pm – 8/8:30pm with flexible shift options available to suit the right candidate. The role combines front of house, waitressing and housekeeping in a luxury lodge setting.
Key Responsibilities
Evening drinks and canapés: Preparing and presenting the evening canapé selection, setting up the bar and serving guests drinks and canapés in a warm, professional manner.
Guest engagement: Creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, chatting with guests about their day, offering local recommendations and assisting with planning activities and experiences for the following day.
Guest assistance: Arranging complimentary taxis for guests heading out to dinner, ensuring they are ready on time and personally assisting them to their transport.
Evening service and housekeeping: Clearing and cleaning communal guest areas after evening drinks, washing dishes, tidying the kitchen and ensuring all shared spaces are beautifully presented for the following morning.
Evening turndown service: Preparing guest suites for the evening while guests are out at dinner, ensuring every room is welcoming, comfortable and presented to our luxury standards.
About You
We're looking for someone who is naturally warm, friendly and outgoing, with exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine enjoyment of meeting people from all over the world.
You'll need to be:
Confident and engaging, with excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
Naturally attentive, with the ability to anticipate guests' needs and make them feel special.
Professional, well-presented and comfortable providing service in a luxury hospitality environment.
Organised, reliable and able to work independently, moving seamlessly between guest service and housekeeping duties.
Detail-oriented, with pride in maintaining exceptionally high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
Previous hospitality experience would be an advantage, but a wonderful personality, positive attitude and genuine passion for looking after people are just as important.Key responsibilities
