The Role:

As a Senior Parts Interpreter, Team Leader, you’ll be at the forefront of executing SPEED’s sales and growth strategies. Backed by a Team of dedicated parts professionals, this Monday - Friday role offers a mix of sales, operational and customer facing duties. This is a key role where a "Can Do" attitude combined with a bias for action will directly influence our customers experience and the company's future success.

Based from our branch in Target Road, you will be a self starter who is highly driven. You will understand how to navigate the balance of supporting team members and branch objectives, while delivering your own results.

Great customer service skills, with the ability to think outside the square to ensure our customers receive only the very best outcomes is an absolute must.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Part Sales & Service: Provide a friendly, efficient, and accurate parts information to customers, prioritizing a sales outcome.

2. Lead the Team: Monitor site performance, inspire and lead a high-performing team, providing coaching, feedback, and the tools they need to succeed. Implement company strategies to improve safety, sales, service levels and operational efficiency.

3. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

4. Identify Growth: Spot new business opportunities, analyse market trends, and develop strategies to capture untapped potential.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Sales and Operational Leadership: A minimum of 3 years’ automotive parts interpretation experience , with a proven ability to lead teams to success.

2. Drive and Results: Passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving growth.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams at all levels.

4. Strategic Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities with a knack for identifying opportunities and navigating challenges.

5. Workplace Health and Safety: A practical understanding and demonstratable history of delivering a healthy and safe workplace.
