Job Description & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Complex Care Team Leader to join our team and provide leadership and support across our more complex care packages.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong experience supporting people with learning disabilities, neurodivergent conditions, behaviours that may challenge and complex support needs, who is confident leading and developing care teams in the community.
You will provide hands-on leadership to care staff, complete observations and competency assessments, support person-centred care planning, promote Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approaches and help ensure our service users receive safe, consistent and high-quality care.
