About the role

Civilcon Services Ltd is recruiting experienced Earthworks Operators for Civil Infrastructure and Renewable Energy Projects based in the Lower and Central North Island. We are seeking Dumper, Roller, Loader, Dozer and Digger Operators for this Earthworks Season. A crew of Final Trim Digger Operators is also being formed to work away from Wellington on a project in the Central North Island with added benefits such as Living away allowances, Accommodation and Project Incentive Payments.

Key responsibilities

• Operate Dumper, Roller, Loader, Dozer and Digger equipment

• Perform bulk earthworks and final trim operations

• Work safely around live underground services

• Conduct trenching and trimming operations

• Operate 13–40 ton machines

• Work safely around existing infrastructure and sensitive client assets

• Maintain focus on quality, safety and productivity

About you

• Proven experience in Bulk Earthworks and Final Trim

• Highly competent working around live underground services

• Productive and efficient at trenching and trimming

• Experienced operating 13–40 ton machines

• Capable of working safely around existing infrastructure and sensitive client assets

• Strong focus on quality, safety and productivity

• Full Class 2/4 Licenses Advantageous
