About the role
As an Investment Sales Specialist, you'll work with engaged, finance-ready clients who are motivated to buy — either entering the market for the first time or expanding established portfolios.
Key responsibilities
Work with motivated, pre-qualified buyers who are ready to take action in the Auckland region.
Build deep knowledge of each project: the developer's track record, the location story, floor plans, numbers, and value drivers
Act as a trusted advisor throughout the entire buying journey, guiding clients with long-term investment insights
Maintain strong rapport and brand visibility through consistent engagement
Collaborate with our network of expert partners in finance, legal, accounting, and asset planning to support your clients' decisions
About you
A proven sales overachiever, master closer, and driven self-starter
Someone willing to put in the hours — including weekends — to maximise success
Passionate about property, with an analytical mind and the ability to simplify investment concepts
Strong at relationship selling, nurturing repeat buyers, and managing multiple decision-makers
Digitally confident, comfortable following structured online systems and processes
Must hold an active New Zealand real estate salesperson license
