About Rotorua Blue Lake Top 10 Holiday Park
Rotorua’s only TOP 10 Holiday Park located on the stunning Blue Lake is a premier, family-friendly holiday resort perfectly positioned directly opposite the vibrant, clear turquoise waters of Lake Tikitapu (Blue Lake). Tucked into a serene native bush setting, the park offers an ideal escape for outdoor enthusiasts, sitting just a short drive from Rotorua's geothermal wonders and right on the doorstep of the world-famous Whakarewarewa Redwood Forest mountain biking trails.
About the Role
These are hands-on fixed-term positions supporting the day-to-day operation of the park during our peak summer period. Team members may assist across a variety of areas including grounds, maintenance, housekeeping, guest services, cleaning, and general park operations.
What you’ll be doing
Supporting the daily operation of the holiday park
Assisting with grounds care and presentation of the property
Cleaning and preparing guest accommodation and facilities
Providing friendly and helpful customer service to guests
Completing general maintenance and upkeep tasks
Working collaboratively with the wider park team
Helping ensure the park remains clean, safe, and welcoming throughout the busy summer season
What We’re Looking for
You’ll bring:
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Great customer service skills
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliability and flexibility to work a roster that includes weekends and public holidays
Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, grounds maintenance, housekeeping, cleaning, or customer service is advantageous but not essential
Availability to commit to the full 12-week summer period
