No Experience Needed – Full Training Provided!

No previous experience is necessary – we're more interested in finding someone with a great attitude, a willingness to learn and, most importantly, someone we can rely on. Full training will be provided, giving you the opportunity to learn new skills and develop within the role.

About the Role

Working alongside our experienced team, you will learn all aspects of sandblasting and surface preparation.

Your duties will include:

• Assisting with sandblasting and surface preparation of metal components.

• Preparing materials and equipment ready for blasting.

• Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas.

• Assisting with general workshop duties as required.

• Following instructions and maintaining high health and safety standards.

• Working alongside experienced team members and developing new skills.

You don't need previous experience, but you do need the right attitude!

We're looking for someone who is:

• Reliable and punctual – turning up on time and ready to work is essential.

• Positive, enthusiastic and keen to learn.

• Hardworking with a good work ethic and initiative.

• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on, practical work.

• Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.

• Genuinely interested in learning new skills and developing skills within the engineering industry.
