The Role

As an STMS or TMO, you'll be responsible for delivering safe, professional, and compliant traffic management solutions while working alongside experienced crews and quality clients.


Responsibilities

  • Traffic management site setup and pack-down.

  • Stop/Go operations and traffic control.

  • Installation and maintenance of traffic management equipment.

  • Compliance with Traffic Management Plans and site requirements.

  • Liaising with crews, contractors, and clients.

  • Maintaining a safe environment for workers and the public.

  • On-call and emergency works.

  • Participating in emergency response and on-call work where required.


What We're Looking For

  • Current STMS or TMO qualification.

  • Strong commitment to safety.

  • Reliable and professional attitude.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

  • Pride in delivering quality outcomes.

  • Class 1 and Class 2 Licenses.

  • Availability for night works and emergency response.
