We're looking for a Business Analyst Specialist to support regional stakeholders by delivering meaningful analysis, driving data quality, and helping teams make informed business decisions through accurate reporting and performance measurement.
What you'll do
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing business performance, identifying trends and opportunities, and ensuring data integrity across multiple data sources. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable insights, dashboards, and executive-level reports that drive growth, efficiency, and strategic decision-making.
- Analyze business performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and standardize key business KPIs across regional and local teams.
- Validate, audit, and ensure data quality across multiple reporting sources and platforms.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Partner with business leaders to gather requirements and transform data into meaningful recommendations.
- Present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
- Promote best practices in data governance, reporting standards, and performance measurement across the organization.
About you
- Strong experience in business analysis, data analytics, or performance reporting roles.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide clear business recommendations.
- Experience building reports, dashboards, and KPI frameworks.
- Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a regional, cross-functional environment.
