We are seeking an enthusiastic and commercially minded Assistant Retail Manager to support the successful operation of Celtic Mall. Working alongside the Golf & Retail leadership team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving retail sales and profitability, maintaining outstanding merchandising standards and leading a high-performing team.

Our Ideal Hero Will Have
Previous experience in a retail supervisory or management role
Strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to drive sales performance
Experience of stock control, merchandising and inventory management
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a team

Support the day-to-day management and operational delivery of Celtic Mall
Deliver exceptional guest service and create memorable guest experiences
Manage stock control, stock takes, ordering and merchandising standards
