Reporting to the Production Manager, you will lead a team of 10-15 employees, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational performance.
Hours
Monday to Friday: 2:15pm - 10:45pm
Duties
- Provide effective leadership, coordination, and training to your team of employees
- Operate and be fully conversant with all machines and operations
- Ensure all Food Safety and QA requirements are being adhered to
- Continually identify areas for continuous improvement
- Responsible for running the room and meeting daily targets and KPIs
Skills & experience
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role would be an advantage
- A minimum of 3 years witihn the FMCG food manufacturing industry
- High attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
- Proven people management and leadership experience
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
