We are after a Duty Manager:

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service, 
- Handling cash, resolving any issues or discrepancies.

Hours will vary, 1 weekend shift required.

The ideal candidate has the following attributes: 

• Proficient in cash handling and numerical accuracy.

• Flexible and adaptable to handle the demands of a fast-paced retail environment.

• A passion for providing outstanding customer service.

• Duty Managers Certificate (preferred) but not essential ensuring compliance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act.

• Work well within a team environment.
  
  Experience in a supervisory role in Customer Service would be beneficial.
