This is a 12-month fixed-term contract
Kinetic is undertaking a major finance transformation, with Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP and EPM being implemented across Australia and New Zealand.
We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion EPM Senior Analyst to join our Finance Systems & Process team and bring strong, hands-on EPM expertise into the business.
This is an opportunity to play a key role through implementation, go-live and beyond. You’ll work alongside our implementation partner before transitioning into supporting and strengthening Kinetic’s internal EPM capability.
What you’ll do
Working across Oracle EPM, you’ll:
Support UAT across FCCS, EPBCS and EDMCS.
Own and support data flows between Oracle ERP and EPM.
Support FCCS consolidation and EPBCS planning.
Help validate opening balances and historical data.
Develop EPM month-end runbooks, processes and SOPs.
Support monthly EPM updates, regression testing and production releases.
Provide functional support and troubleshoot EPM data-load issues.
Support the first year-end consolidation and the first budget and forecast cycle following go-live.
Build and maintain Management Reports with the FP&A team.
Help transfer EPM knowledge and capability into the wider Finance team.
What we’re looking for
Hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud experience is essential for this role.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
Experience across at least two Oracle EPM Cloud implementations, covering FCCS and/or EPBCS.
Strong hands-on Data Integration experience.
Experience creating and editing Management/Narrative Reports within EPM.
A solid understanding of consolidation mechanics, including eliminations, currency translation and ownership.
Experience administering EPM in a live environment, including monthly updates.
Experience developing EPM runbooks, procedures or operational documentation for Finance teams.
Experience with Groovy or business rules, Smart View, ARCS, PCMCS, Predictive Cash Forecasting, or Australian and New Zealand multi-entity environments would be advantageous.
About you
You’re practical and hands-on, comfortable getting into the detail and solving problems as they arise. You can explain technical EPM issues in plain language, work effectively in a fast-moving environment and document your work so capability stays within the business.
The opportunity
This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity, with potential to extend or convert to permanent, based in Auckland.
If you have strong Oracle EPM experience and want to play a hands-on role in a major ANZ Oracle transformation, we’d love to hear from you.
