What you'll be doing:

• Supporting customers through the sales and service process
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and service outcomes
• Resolving customer issues in a professional and solutions-focused manner
• Maintaining strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities to add value
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in customer service, showroom sales, retail sales, internal sales, administration, or support roles
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A positive, proactive, and customer-first mindset
• Confidence using computer systems and learning new software
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience processing orders or managing customer enquiries is highly regarded
• Mandarin speaking skills desirable but not essential
