We are seeking a reliable, experienced and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our Practice team. Preference will be given to applicant with Practice nurse experience. 

Te Puna Hauora is a Kaupapa Māori Whanau Ora, Health and Social Services provider based on the North Shore. We provide high quality accessible and affordable health care and support to whanau in the surrounding communities. Our comprehensive wrap around service includes GP Clinic, Tamariki Ora Team, Disease State Management Team, Community Support and Mental Health Teams, Whanau Ora Teams, Pharmacy, Dental Clinic and more.

We encourage you to apply if you have:

·         Current NZ Registered Nurse practicing certificate

·         Experience in general practice or primary care preferred, but not essential

·         Excellent time management and communication skills

·         Experience using Medtech Evolution would be a distinct advantage

·         A proactive, compassionate approach to patient care

·         Able to work autonomously, but also a team player with a positive and flexible approach

This is fixed term full-time position, hours of work Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm
