Position: Music Production Expert - Hindi
Type: Contract
Compensation: $14?$42/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Up to 6 months
Commitment: 20+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated music for musicality , creativity , and production/mix quality .
• Compare songs on prompt adherence, vocal quality, and other musical characteristics.
• Label songs by genre, structure, instruments, and vocals.
• Review AI-generated lyrics and vocals for quality and accuracy.
• Work independently and asynchronously with flexible hours .

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Native or near-native proficiency in Hindi.
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions in English.
• 2+ years of experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer.
• Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening.

Preferred

• Formal training in music performance, theory, or composition.
• Credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing work.
• Broad familiarity with contemporary Hindi genres, sub-genres, and artists.
