AvaMed Workforce is hiring a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), travel or local, for an evening-shift contract at Mountain View Center in Rutland, VT.

Assignment details

• Location: Mountain View Ctr, Rutland, VT
• Dates: 11/02/2026 - 12/28/2026 (about 8 weeks)
• Shift: Evenings, 2:00 PM-10:00 PM (8-hour shifts, 30-min meal)
• Every other weekend commitment
• All requested time off must be approved before the contract is finalized
• No overtime available
• Must have your own transportation (very limited public transit in the area)

Requirements

• Active Vermont LNA license
• Skilled nursing / long-term care experience preferred
• Current BLS; background check and facility health requirements
