Our client, a well-established recruitment agency, is looking for an experienced agency recruiter to step into a Senior Consultant role across their Business Transformation portfolio in Wellington.
You don’t need to have recruited in Business Transformation before. What matters is that you know agency recruitment, you build strong relationships, and you can win and grow business. If you’ve got a solid track record on the agency side and want a role with real earning potential and support behind you, we’d like to hear from you.
The role
- Managing and growing a Business Transformation desk across Wellington
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Winning new business and developing existing accounts
- Delivering a high standard of service across the full recruitment process
About you
- Proven experience in agency recruitment any sector
- Strong people skills and the ability to build trust quickly
- Confident in sales and business development
- Self-motivated, organised and keen to build a desk long term
