BizFirst is assisting our client with recruiting for the Senior UiPath Developer role supporting USTRANSCOM JFOSS.

Our client is a boutique consulting firm that employs consultants and professionals with unique skill sets to support the federal government with strategic execution, financial process enablement, IT systems, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software implementation.

What will you do

Technical lead responsible for architecture, high-density bot deployments, advanced AI/ML features, and governance.

Responsibilities

Serve as technical lead for architecture, high-density bot deployments, advanced AI/ML features, and governance.

Architect highly scalable, complex, non-linear robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. Define coding standards, perform rigorous code reviews, and establish reuse strategies.

Lead process discovery workshops, estimate development complexity and return on investment (ROI), and advise stakeholders on automation pipeline feasibility.

Solve complex environment issues, manage high-density multi-bot Orchestrator infrastructures, and implement high-availability disaster recovery patterns.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.

Interim Secret security clearance or higher.

5+ years of experience.

Expertise architecting scalable, complex, non-linear RPA solutions, defining coding standards, reviewing code, and establishing reuse strategies.

Ability to lead process discovery workshops, estimate development complexity and ROI, and advise stakeholders on automation feasibility.

Skill in complex environment troubleshooting, high-density multi-bot Orchestrator infrastructure, and high-availability disaster recovery patterns.

UiPath Certified Automation Developer Professional (UiADP) credential required.

Ability to provide technical leadership for automation architecture, high-density bot deployments, advanced AI/ML features, and governance.

Desired Skills

Experience with advanced platform features such as UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center, Action Center, and UiPath Integration Service is nice to have.

UiPath Specialized Developer certifications, such as Document Understanding or Process Mining, are highly valued.
