Grammar TEC Rugby Club is looking for an experienced highly organised, proactive person to manage the operations and administration of our junior rugby programme. You don't need to be a rugby expert. We're looking for that off-field "Type A" person who loves organisation and getting things done.
About the Role
Working alongside our Head of Rugby and General Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Operations & Administration: Registrations, team information, compliance and junior rugby systems.
Communication: Keeping coaches, managers, volunteers and families informed.
Events: Coordinating team photos, prizegivings and club activities.
Equipment & Resources: Ensuring teams have what they need.
Media & Marketing: Promoting activities and celebrating club achievements.
Health & Safety: Supporting club safety and compliance requirements.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Takes initiative, works independently and meets deadlines.
Communicates confidently and enjoys working with people.
Is tech-savvy and comfortable learning digital systems.
The Details
Hours: 20 hours per week, flexible around school and family commitments.
Location: Orākei Domain, with some work at Cornwall Park as well
Position: Contractor
Start: Ahead of the 2027 rugby season.
Contract: Highly competitive remuneration and terms negotiable for the right candidate.
