1) Emission Testing Engineer.
2) Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering /BE Mechanical
3) Experience: 8-12 years of relevant experience in engine emissions testing.
4) Support PNG engine calibration and emission optimization activities.
5) Conduct CPCB-IV+ PNG engine and US EPA-regulated engine emission testing and certification activities.
6) Hands-on experience in engine emission test bench operation, engine installation, test setup and troubleshooting.
7) Expert in emission test data analysis, validation, interpretation and technical report preparation.
8) Ability to drive test bench efficiency improvement, test optimization and downtime reduction.
Required Skills:
1) Proficiency in engine emission test bench operation and emission testing procedures.
2) Expertise in engine emission testing,PNG engine calibration,and emission optimization.
3) Knowledge of emission measurement,data acquisition,validation, analysis and reporting.
4) Hands-on experience with emission testing software and tools such as AVL Puma-2,Horiba Stars and Iasys Orbit-E
5) Engine Expertise, Solid base knowledge of off-highway engines and CRDI systems.
6) Strong understanding of emission testing protocols, regulatory requirements & safety standards.
7) Working knowledge of NABL accreditation requirements as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards for testing laboratories.
8) Strong root cause analysis & trouble shooting skills related to test-bench instrumentation and emission testing issues.
9) Expert in technical documentation, communication and coordination skills
10)Effective leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
