About the role
As a Bartender, you will:
Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Create and serve quality cocktails, beer and wine
Provide friendly, professional and engaging service to our guests
Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar
Assist with stock control, restocking and opening and closing duties
Follow all health and safety, licensing and responsible service requirements
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous bartending experience in a busy hospitality environment
A good knowledge of classic cocktails, beer and wine
Excellent communication and customer service skills
The ability to multitask and work well under pressure
A positive attitude and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
A current Manager’s Certificate is an advantage, but not essential
Most importantly, we’re looking for people who take pride in what they do and genuinely enjoy hospitality.
