- Driving CMDB health, data quality, discovery, reconciliation and remediation
- Leading and improving the lifecycle governance of digital technology assets
- Strengthening Software Asset Management, including licence entitlements, utilisation, renewals and optimisation
- Identifying opportunities to reduce costs, improve compliance and make better use of technology assets and licences
- Providing configuration and dependency information to support Incident, Problem, Change and service transition activities
- Developing practical governance, reporting, standards and controls without adding unnecessary complexity
- Working with stakeholders to improve ownership, accountability and the quality of technology information
About You

- Good knowledge of configuration data models, CI lifecycles, service relationships, discovery, reconciliation and data-quality controls
- A solid understanding of ITIL practices, particularly how configuration information supports Incident, Problem, Change and Service Transition
- Experience with ITSM, CMDB, discovery, asset management or service-mapping platforms
- Knowledge of software licensing, entitlements, utilisation and lifecycle management
- Broad understanding of enterprise applications, cloud, infrastructure, networks and security
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations
- Confidence working across technical and non-technical teams and constructively challenging unclear ownership or weak controls
- Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification or equivalent practical experience, along with a relevant qualification, certification or equivalent professional experience
- A practical, improvement-focused mindset and the ability to balance day-to-day priorities with longer-term capability uplift
