We’re on the hunt for a new team member - an enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service and Sales Consultant who is motivated to deliver excellent service and practical solutions to our loyal customers. Every day is different — you’ll be helping tradies and DIYers find the perfect gear, assembling machinery, and keeping our store running smoothly. Some heavy lifting is part of the gig, so being physically fit is important.

What we offer

• Above-average pay and stable hour

• A minimum of 21 hours a week working: Monday and Friday 10am - 2pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am to 4pm

• Additional shifts or overtime available at times to cover staff leave, public holidays and events

• Ongoing training and product knowledge sessions to help you grow your skills

What we’re looking for

• Ideally have previous experience in sales - preferably with tools

• Confident computer and communication skills

• A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn, and a high attention to detail

• Flexibility to work more hours when required

• NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
