Construction Laborer - High-End Residential
Location: Granite Bay, CA | Full-Time | 20-25/hour

K Squared Construction & Design is a leading high-end residential construction company specializing in bespoke, luxurious homes, additions, and remodels. We're looking for a motivated Construction Laborer to join our team and support our field crews on premium residential projects.

What You'll Do
- Assist carpenters, project managers, and field crews with daily tasks
- Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and supplies
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Assist with demolition, site preparation, and general construction support
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision
- Follow all safety guidelines and company standards
- Support a professional, client-focused jobsite environment
What You Bring
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and demanding tasks
- Ability to work well with a team
- Reliability and punctuality
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED required
Preferred:
- 1+ year of construction or labor experience
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
