Property Compliance New Zealand (PCNZ) is an industry leader in providing smoke alarm servicing for residential rental properties. Since being established in 2023, we have experienced amazing real estate industry support.

Our service reach has continued to grow, with our team now supporting clients across an expanding network of regions throughout New Zealand. We currently have a member of our team on extended leave and are therefore looking for an energised and positive person to help out on a casual basis with a minimum of 10hrs a week pay.

Please note, NO previous experience is required to become a fantastic technician and someone who is highly valued in the community in helping keep people safe from fire related incidents. All training will be provided to you plus everything you need, including tools, uniforms, mobile phone and a company vehicle for work duties.

Our requirement is for a minimum of 10 hours work over 2 days flexible from Monday to Friday. Additionally we are looking for set hours each day but with flexibility both ways on ad-hoc occasions. 

What we are looking for in our new team member:

• Experience in providing great customer service.

• Professionally presented.

• Ability to use modern technology such as our smart phone inspection app.

• Fit and able to climb up and down ladders multiple times a day.
