Stirling Sports Bayfair is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Part-Time and Casual Sales Assistants to join our team!

We are one of the strongest-performing stores in the Stirling Sports network, offering leading brands including Nike, adidas, New Era, ASICS, The North Face, New Balance and more.

THE ROLE

You'll be part of a busy, goal-driven team helping customers find the right apparel, footwear and accessories.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering friendly, engaging and proactive customer service

  • Driving sales and contributing towards team KPIs

  • Learning about the products and brands we offer

  • Keeping the store looking great and merchandise well presented

  • Assisting with stock replenishment and day-to-day store operations

  • Working together to create a positive shopping experience

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for people who:

  • Are friendly, confident and enjoy talking to customers

  • Are reliable, punctual and committed to their work

  • Have a positive attitude and enjoy achieving goals

  • Show initiative and are willing to learn

  • Enjoy working as part of a team

  • Have an interest in sports, fashion, sneakers or streetwear

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential. We value the right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.

HOURS & AVAILABILITY

We have opportunities for both part-time and casual employment.

Weekend availability is highly regarded, particularly Saturdays and Sundays. Flexibility during late-night trading, public holidays and busy retail periods is also an advantage.

We welcome applicants interested in ongoing employment beyond the summer season.
